General Guidelines:
1. This request must be submitted by the 1st day of the preceding month. (i.e. May 2010 request must be submitted by April 1st.)
2. Select as many days as you are available to work. The more days you are available the greater the chances of getting the number of hours you request.
3. You may not exceed 144 hours or twelve 12-hour shifts per month.
4. For scheduling purposes, the AM shift is from 08:00 to 20:00 hours. The PM shift is from 20:00 to 08:00 hours.
5. You are not guaranteed any hours until the schedule is posted. The final schedule will be posted by the 15th of the preceding month.
6. Questions and schedule conflicts should be directed to THIS email address. Any changes within 72 hours of work day should be directed to the on duty shift Commander at 847-678-2400.
